Refund Policy

Last Updated: Sep 28, 2026

 This Refund Policy describes the circumstances in which a refund, reversal, or adjustment may be available in connection with services accessed through the AndX Pay platform (the “Platform”).

Certain services and transactions available through the Platform are provided, executed, settled, custodied, or otherwise processed by third-party service providers and are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of those providers.

Nothing in this Refund Policy modifies, overrides, or expands any cancellation, reversal, reimbursement, or refund rights available under such terms.

1. Digital Asset Transactions

Digital asset transactions executed or submitted for settlement through the Platform generally cannot be cancelled, reversed, or changed once completed or processed, subject to any error-correction rights or procedures available under the applicable service provider terms or applicable law.

Users are responsible for reviewing all transaction details, including the digital asset, amount, destination wallet address, blockchain network, and other relevant information before confirming a transaction.

Changes in the market price or value of a digital asset after execution do not provide a basis for a refund.

2. Transaction Errors and Refund Requests

A transaction or charge may be reviewed for a possible refund, reversal, or adjustment where:

  • a transaction fails or is not completed but an associated amount or fee appears to have been charged;

  • a duplicate, erroneous, or incorrect charge may have occurred;

  • an AndX Platform fee was incorrectly charged;

  • a third-party service provider determines that a transaction qualifies for cancellation, reversal, modification, or other corrective action under its applicable terms; or

  • a refund, reversal, or adjustment is required by applicable law.

Submission of a request does not guarantee that a refund, reversal, or adjustment will be available. Eligibility will depend on the circumstances of the transaction, applicable law, the relevant service provider terms, and applicable technical and operational limitations.

3. Non-Refundable Transactions

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or permitted under the applicable service provider terms, refunds will generally not be available for:

  • completed digital asset purchases, sales, conversions, transfers, or withdrawals;

  • losses resulting from changes in the price or market value of a digital asset;

  • transactions sent to an incorrect wallet address or through an incorrect blockchain network based on information or instructions provided or confirmed by the user;

  • transactions resulting from user error; or

  • blockchain network, transaction, or third-party fees that have already been incurred and cannot be recovered.

4. Third-Party Services

Certain transactions available through the Platform are executed, settled, custodied, or otherwise processed by third-party service providers.

The availability and processing of any cancellation, reversal, modification, recovery, or refund relating to such transactions are subject to the applicable provider’s terms, procedures, technical capabilities, and legal requirements.

Where appropriate, AndX may assist users in submitting or coordinating a transaction-error or refund request with the relevant service provider. AndX cannot guarantee that a third-party provider will approve or be technically able to process a cancellation, reversal, recovery, or refund.

5. Requesting a Transaction Review

Users who believe that a transaction or charge was made in error should contact AndX Customer Support at support@andxus.io promptly after discovering the issue and provide sufficient information to identify and investigate the transaction.

Applicable third-party terms may impose shorter notification periods for certain transaction errors. Users should therefore report suspected errors as soon as possible and review the terms applicable to the relevant service.

A request should include, where applicable:

  • the user’s registered account information;

  • transaction date and amount;

  • transaction ID or blockchain transaction hash;

  • a description of the issue; and

  • supporting documentation reasonably requested in connection with the review.

AndX will review matters within its responsibility and, where the transaction is controlled or processed by a third-party service provider, may coordinate or refer the matter to that provider in accordance with the applicable terms.

6. Processing

Where an AndX fee or charge is determined by AndX to have been incorrectly assessed, AndX may make an appropriate refund or adjustment.

Where a refund, reversal, modification, or other corrective action concerns a transaction executed, settled, custodied, or processed by a third-party service provider, the request will be handled in accordance with the applicable provider’s terms and procedures.

Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the request, payment method, blockchain network, applicable service provider, and other operational or legal requirements.

7. Applicable Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any refund, reimbursement, reversal, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
